High frequency spark machine is a fast and reliable quality inspection tool used for online detection of pin holes, broken skin, bare copper, and other external insulation defects in various wire and cable insulation layers. It is a precision instrument. It can quickly detect defects outside the conductor without damaging the electrical conductor inside. The use of high-frequency (3KHz) high-voltage electrode heads to replace traditional (50Hz, 60Hz) power frequency high-voltage electrode heads can enable the electrode head size to be selected as a 50/120mm bead contact type, greatly reducing the installation size and improving the detection speed.
