A.【Application】：

It is suitable for producing Low smoke zero halogen cable, irradiation cable, XL-PE cross-linked polyethylene cable; It is also suitable for extrusion of conventional plastics such as PVC and PE, and is mainly used for extrusion production of Low smoke zero halogen cables.

B.【Structure of Equipment】：

1. Precision extrusion process control, with an outer diameter error of ± 0.05mm.

2. It can be equipped with a horizontal extrusion attachment machine to meet special process technical requirements such as double layer co extrusion.

3. It can be equipped with advanced irradiation material double-layer co extrusion machine heads to ensure various process requirements such as product insulation thickness and concentricity.

4. Equipped with a fast connecting flange head, it can achieve quick shutdown and double layer color change, greatly improving production efficiency.

5. The screw barrel adopts the latest Japanese structural design, which can meet the extrusion of Low smoke zero halogen materials and ordinary PVC materials at the same time. There is no need to replace the screw, with good plasticizing effect and large extrusion volume.
