A.【Application】：

This machine is suitable for producing a high-performance three-layer insulated wire, which has three different materials of insulation layers. Its advantage is high insulation strength, and can withstand high voltage and high current detection between any two layers. It is suitable for high-frequency and high voltage winding wires, abbreviated as high-frequency wires. The product quality requirements are high, and the applicability and stability of production equipment are very high.

1. Stable performance: The entire machine adopts a new type of adjustable self centering and high-temperature resistant machine head, which is customized for three layers of insulation wire material. The screw barrel is driven by a servo motor precision and controlled by a PLC throughout the process. Three precision outer diameter meters are used for layer by layer monitoring, with a built-in concave and convex detection function. The wire diameter is stable, and the wire material is not stretched thin, ensuring high quality.

2. Efficient and energy-saving: The production speed is fast and the operation is convenient. The original three layer one-time molding is usually 100 meters/minute, but the actual production speed can now reach up to 400 meters/minute depending on the wire diameter. One machine is equivalent to improving the efficiency of the previous machine by more than 4 machines, with a high degree of automation. One person can easily view more than 2 devices, saving 1/3 of the power consumption, and each machine is about 7 kilowatt hours of electricity, greatly reducing your manufacturing costs.

3. Tailored: provide users with a variety of customized solutions, multiple models, optional double-layer, three-layer, multi-layer self-adhesive, bump detector, and automatic reel changer, Dehumidifier, PLC control, etc., to provide new and old customers with the upgrading of old machines.

4. Suitable for the production of three-layer insulated wires such as Teflon, PBT, PET, PPS, nylon, etc. The whole machine linkage is controlled by PLC throughout the entire process, and PLC and manual operation are optional. The operation is simple, with one click alkali addition speed, and different precision extrusion can be achieved for single layer, double layer, three layer, multi-layer, etc.
