A.Equipment usage:

1. Suitable for automatic reel changing and rewinding of electronic wires, automotive wires, and various core wires during high-speed extrusion machines.

2. Suitable cutting range: round wires φ 1.0mm - φ 3.0mm,

a. Take-up speed: up to 800m/min

b. Wire diameter range: φ 1.0mm - φ 3.0mm

c. Applicable wire reel: diameter 500mm

d. Cable reel height: 480mm above the ground center

e. Line change method: The trolley moves in conjunction with the hook rod, and the fixture automatically clamps and cuts.

f. Clamping method: The cylinder automatically clamps.

g. The transport and push plates are all driven by cylinders, and all cylinders are equipped with magnetic ring induction switches to control.

h. Braking: 10KG electromagnetic brake is used for braking.

i. Take-up power: Two 4KW Siemens motors.

l. Upper and lower panels: Manual button control for upper and lower panels.
