A.【Application】：

This machine is specifically designed for steel strip armor of power cables after cable formation.

B.【Technique Feature】：

1. This device consists of a hysteresis (electronic negative) controller, a synchronous pulley, and a discharge plate, which form a tension set on the touch screen. The tension of the hysteresis controller is changed through the PLC controlled current, thereby changing the tension of the plate.

2. The entire line is controlled by touch screen and PLC to drive the winding, traction, and retraction and release lines to work synchronously; The entire production speed is controlled by a variable frequency speed controller.

3. The winding pitch can be directly input by the touch screen, calculated by the PLC, and synchronized with the entire line linkage.
