Swing bucket wire rack

A.Purpose:

1. Suitable for high-speed continuous wire laying of the extruder, without the need to stop when changing the wire shaft, and automatically stops when the wire is broken.

2. Payoff form: Double axis bucket type payoff.

D. Main components and performance of the equipment:

1. Payoff machine part:

a. Loading form: double disc bucket tension release;

b. Overall structure: double barrel joint, with a slot in the middle to connect and alternating wire laying; 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel swing bucket, equipped with adjustable straightening device for outgoing line

c. Wire reel movement: manual trolley, limit movement, flexible and convenient trolley, equipped with threading shaft according to the size of the wire reel

d. Wire coil locking: top cone screw;

e. Up and down reel: 2 sets of 1HP deceleration electric up and down reel, suitable for（ φ 630*Ф80 hole * 475 outer width) wire reel.

f. Operating the electric box: The electric control cabinet is painted and made of two independent panels.

g. Swing disc power: 2 sets of 1HP Taiwan Shengbang reduction motors drive stainless steel wire swing discs, matched with 2 sets of Hipmount frequency converters for control.

h. Cable reel specifications: suitable for cable reelsФ630mm (wire reel specifications can be according to customer requirements).

2. Vertical tension frame part:

a. Payoff tension: 2.5KG Taiwan Shiyi magnetic powder tension control, adjustable in size to ensure constant tension during payoff. The tension device is equipped with a cooling fan, and the digital display can adjust the tension.

b. In/out guide wheel: In/out guide wheel φ 150, arc groove R2mm surface coated with ceramic;

c. Tension guide wheel: φ 250 integral aluminum wheel, with 4 grooves on the top and 3 grooves on the bottom, and R3mm arc groove surface coated with ceramic.

d. Square bracket, triangular belt wheel tension transmission.

e. The outgoing line is equipped with a "well" shaped limit roller, and the height of the outgoing line is 1000mm.
