3. Maximum line speed: 0-300m/min. The pay-off speed is synchronized with the host.

D. Main components and performance of the equipment:

1. Payoff shaft: outer diameter Φ 400-500mm

2. Upper and lower line shafts: Adopting top cone angle to cooperate with loading and unloading.

3. Drive: 1HP Taiwan Shengbang (CPG) gear reducer motor and 1HP American Emerson (EMERSON) or (SINEE) frequency converter. The frequency converter controls the wire tension, automatically adjusts, and the wire speed is synchronized and linked with the frequency converter of the receiving machine, without being limited by the wire speed to avoid the cable being stretched and extended, thus ensuring the quality requirements of the cable.

4. Tension guide wheel: Φ 200 alloy aluminum wheel, swing arm counterweight tension adopts adding or subtracting counterweight blocks to achieve the required online tension, and the tension can be adjusted arbitrarily; The speed of paying off rack is automatically controlled by Potentiometer.

5. Electrical control: Line break limit output, automatic shutdown at meter.

6. Painting: Apple green (according to customer requirements).

7. Payoff reel shaft diameter: non top cone type.

8. Carrying capacity: The maximum carrying capacity of the pay-off reel is 200Kg.
