A.Purpose:

1. Used for copper wire, stranded wire, core wire, etcФ400-500 axis setting out.

1. Suitable wire type: suitable for copper wire, insulated core wire harness stranding or cable stranding, etc.

2. Applicable wire diameter: hard wire 0.3mm – 1.0mm. Core wire: 0.6-3.0mm

3. Maximum line speed: 0-300m/min.

4. Number of wire ends: According to customer requirements.

1. Bearings: Japan NSK, Japan KOYO.

1. Payoff shaft: outer diameterФ400-500mm (according to customer coil size)

2. Tension: achieved by combining eccentric wheel and guide wheel springs.

3. Braking: Belt friction braking is used, with internal and external wire breakage for automatic braking and automatic shutdown when the meter reaches the limit.

4. Upper and lower line shafts: Adopting top cone angle to cooperate with loading and unloading.

5. Electrical control: wire breakage limit output.
