A.Purpose:

Mainly used for stranding and filling of PVC, PE core wires, power cables, computer cables and other covered wires, and also suitable for bare stranded wires, tinned wires, copper clad aluminum, enameled wires, and alloy wire stranded wires.

6. Twist pitch: The suitable range of twist pitch is 30-200mm, which can be customized according to user requirements and set by changing gears

7. Main body speed: The bow and guide wheel are made of special alloy materials, which have the characteristics of high strength and light weight, enabling them to rotate at a high speed of Mar800rpm.

8. Brake: use electromagnetic brake, and then use motor Self-tuning brake function. The braking system can automatically adjust the amount of braking force based on the speed of the engine.

9. Wire arrangement method: Smooth rod bearing type wire arrangement device, adjustable width and spacing, synchronous belt transmission.

10. Twisting direction: The S/Z direction can be freely selected.
