1. Purpose: Specially suitable for stranding of bare stranded wires, tinned wires, copper clad aluminum, enameled wires, alloy wires, etc.

2. Setting out: using spools Φ160-200mm precision moving disc pay-off, eccentric wheel rod type automatic tension adjustment, mechanical contact detection, automatic stop for wire breakage. (Not included in the quotation as an alternative option)

3. Reel: Φ630mm.

4. Wire diameter: Φ0.08-0.55mm.

5. Twist pitch: The suitable range of twist pitch is 11.15mm-60.24mm, which can be customized according to user requirements and set by changing gears.

6. Stranded area: Max: 6.0mm2, core wire cabling Max: Φ8.0mm.

7. Discharging method: manual hydraulic lifting.

8. Spindle speed: 1800 revolutions (or 3600 revolutions).

9. Body: High quality A3 steel plate assembly welding, strictly processed after annealing according to process requirements, long-term deformation free.

10. Swivel structure: The spindle swivel adopts our company's latest technological achievements, and the spindle bearings adopt a special layout and are lubricated to ensure that the internal friction temperature and noise of the machine body and bearing operation are reduced during high-speed operation, greatly improving the service life of the bearings. The swivel is strictly subjected to precision dynamic balance correction treatment, ensuring stable operation and meeting the requirements of quickly improving production efficiency.
