敷设前应检查电缆的型号、规格及长度是否符合要求，是否有外力损伤，低压电缆用1000V兆欧表遥测绝缘电阻，阻值一般不低于10MΩ，高压电缆用2500V兆欧表摇测阻值一般不抵于400MΩ。
